01 MERENGŐ COTTAGE

A Merengő is a restored, timeless old press house — one of the oldest buildings of the historical cellar row.

A thatched roof, thick stone walls and classic lines preserve the charm of the past, while the renovation ensures every touch of modern comfort.

The house includes:

• a private wine cellar and intimate tasting room

• a spacious garden

• outdoor terrace with a large table

• wood-fired hot tub

• indoor fireplace

• evenings under the stars and the sound of crackling wood

Merengő accommodates 4 guests comfortably (2 single beds + 1 double bed).

02 SZENDERGŐ COTTAGE

Szendergő reflects a different side of the estate: modern, Scandinavian-inspired simplicity, natural materials, soft lines and large windows, surrounded by rows of vines.

Every detail is designed for comfort:

• an outdoor grilling area

• a large firepit for stargazing

• a vinyl record player with a curated collection

• an indoor fireplace for long, quiet evenings

• floor heating in the bathroom — even beneath the shower

• modern full-comfort interior

Szendergő accommodates 4 guests comfortably

(1 double bed+ 1 sofabed).

03 EREDŐ COTTAGE

Here, the balance of nature and design creates a sense of calm — a house where it feels good to arrive, and hard to leave.

EREDŐ is the beginning of the Facsiga Estate story.

This vaulted cellar was the first home of the winery — where everything began. Its thick stone walls, the cool cellar air and the warmth of the wood-fired oven preserve the calm of the past while offering the comfort of the present.

Designed as an intimate retreat for two, Eredő features a spacious terrace and a wood-fired oven for long, wine-filled evenings.

A place where time slows down — and where wine, land and people reconnect.
